The big idea. We all talk about them. We dream about them. We wait for the inspiration to come. We all spend hours and hours with the blank paper in front of us. Sometimes it comes quickly. Sometimes it takes lots of time and some deep soul searching. And lots of laughter. And pizza. And sleep deprivation.

We find the idea. And we recognize that it can come from anywhere and anyone at any time. We are humble enough to know that we don't always have the idea and we know the best idea can come from boyfriends, or grandparents, colleagues, friends or even a horse (stay tuned...)
